ILP "Participation" LinkedInLearning

For this assignment I was challenged to learn about a form of technology foreign to me. I chose to learn about types of cameras and how to use them. I have always been interested in photography and I think it could play a very important role in the classroom. In my experience, parents love to see pictures of their kids participating in activities. Taking pictures of the students for their parents is a great way to show them what we are working on in class, as well as having a keepsake to treasure their child at that particular age.
In addition to being a good source of visual updates for the parents, photography can also be used in the classroom. Photography can be used as visual examples in lessons so as to help the visual learners understand that what we are learning is important, and shows how the material we learn can be utilized in the real world situations displayed in the pictures.
